Job Description
- Handling entire HR operations including HR compliance
- Support in managing Performance Management process
- Training & Development coordination
- Employee grievance handling
- MIS reporting and support in developing HRMIS system. Learn and manage HRIS softwares when required.
- Take part in compensation and benefits including Reward and recognition initiatives, when needed
- Handling employee relations and communication
- Developing effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment
- Actively participate in HR interventions and projects and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within organization
- On Boarding - including documentation and conducting effective orientation program
- Reporting & analyzing key talent metrics
- Understand, interpret and discuss the pulse of the work place with relevant stakeholders and work towards maintaining conducive work environment
- Any HR task can be assigned based upon the business need
